It would appear that the author did his homework before putting this quiz together. I grew up firmly in the "yellow" of the Midland belt.

Midland. The Midland (please don't confuse with "Midwest") itself is the neutral zone between the North and South. But just because you have a Midland accent doesn't mean you're from there. Since it is considered a neutral, default, "non-regional" accent you could easily be from someplace without its own accent, like Florida, or a big city in the South like Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta.
Check the water out in the Park! Did someone spike it overnight? I swear they were rational human beings when I left them yesterday, but today they are all insane...
To all the moms and especially to mine...

I don't remember where I found this, but it strike a cord...
PERFECTION is not a value. Indeed, it is most often a trap, a temptation, and the worst kind at that. Because it's the kind of trap that feels virtuous, it can be a particularly difficult one to escape. And why would you want to escape? Unlike most other forms of escapism, so you can be free. Free is clearly what you are trying to be. Free is making itself known to you. Free is calling your name. Free is showing up in your life, your dreams, and rattling your planet.Free has been showing up as very intense people who are setting an example, or summoning you personally, or perhaps offending you with what seems like their complete disregard for what anyone else thinks.
The opposite of free is perfect.
I love roller coasters. I love the feel of freefall and the drop in the pit of my stomach that fills the air with laughter and screams. There is a rush of adrenaline that makes the air feel sharper against my skin, scents more distinct, light brighter or absent, sounds keener and the taste within my mouth sharper.
(Now you know what the ride looks like from the outside...)
I1. For any two distinct points A, B, these exists a unique line l containing A, B.
I2. Every line contains at least two points.
I3. There exist three non-collinear points (not all contained in a single line).
Just three rules to form the basis of Euclidean Geometry. From this we get the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. A plane can be defined by a line and one point not on the line. In a right triangle, a squared plus b squared equals c squared, where c is the hypotenuse of the triangle.
I always had to do my geometry extra slow, because otherwise, I’d get points taken off for skipping steps. I’d know the answer too soon. My brain would be perfectly content with using the basics to extrapolate the final answer. For some reason no one else seemed to see the logic…
So yeah, given a few pieces of information, I’ll deduce a lot. There isn’t much I can do about it, except decide whether or not to admit to what I know.
I just realized that two very special people mark today as the anniversary of their ordination.
Today is the 7th year for my father and the 1st for Dragonfly. Funny how I didn't realize it was the same day sooner.
You make the world a better place.
I'm fairly certain that Survivor is not the game for me. It's probably a good thing that I'm not a guy as well. Cold showers are definitely not for me. Thankfully the hot water is back on at my house. Clean never felt so good.

Prom pics in the Family album. (Check out the last one with the "View Panorama" link it's wild...)
A few new ones in the Me album as well.
I'm not sure that the DMV is the best destination for your birthday, but my visit was mostly a non-issue this morning. I took the day off from work, which was nice. I got some errands that I had put off done, took a nap and wrapped up the evening by stretching out with dragonfly in her tree house.
Try not to get a sunburn out there this afternoon!
