If you want to know what I do everyday, the constant tends to be I get up and go to the gym, then head off to work. When I get the chance, I love to cook. The down side of that is sometimes my dinner guests aren't quite sure what to expect when I invite them for dinner. I keep saying I want a standup mixer, but so far I've managed to put it off. I don't make really large cakes often enough to make it necessary yet. But mark my words, I will have one. My mom thinks it is funny that I ask for kitchen gadgets for Christmas presents.
After getting digital cable, I became addicted to British Home & Garden TV on BBC. (Updated September 07, 2003) I have a house. From the day I went to see if I could qualify to buy a house until I moved completely into my new house, was less than two months. Actual time elapsed between that first day and getting the keys: 46 days. I now have a house, still no garden, but I'm not sure if I can be trusted with anything more taxing than mowing the lawn at this point. I've started decorating, but so far I haven't done any painting yet. I have an idea to paint and use gloss varnish in my bedroom, but I'm going to sleep on that for a while before I try anything interesting.

During the summer, one of my favorite things to do is to pack a cooler and head to the beach for the day. The beach, a lot of sun screen, a good book, I'm in heaven.
